猝死如何康复/How to Recover from Sudden Cardiac Death时间:2026-09-08 【转载】猝死患者的康复,主要是针对猝死抢救成功后其后遗症方面的训练,包括肢体、语言功能等。 Rehabilitation for patients who have suffered sudden cardiac death focuses mainly on training to address the after-effects that remain after successful resuscitation, including physical and speech functions. 1. Mild cases In most cases, patients who suffer sudden cardiac death are successfully resuscitated within 4 minutes of onset; they usually retain no after-effects and therefore need no later rehabilitation. If the heart has stopped for more than 4 minutes but no more than 5 minutes, the patient is prone to after-effects such as intellectual impairment and neurological problems, and corresponding rehabilitation training is required. 2. Severe cases For patients left with brain and nervous system problems after successful resuscitation, targeted rehabilitation training is needed so that physical and speech functions can be restored to the greatest possible extent. Physical training must be carried out in a planned and sustained way, with different training programmes for different patients. The rehabilitation process should be neither rushed nor allowed to slacken; otherwise a satisfactory recovery cannot be achieved. |
