身体为何长结石

引起结石的原因比较复杂,其中,胆结石和肾结石等与饮食、服用保健品等有关。

 ★不吃早餐

人体的胆囊需要定时排空,否则浓缩的胆汁在其中滞留太久,易析出结石,进而堵塞胆管引发胆囊炎。

正常吃早餐的情况下,胆囊收缩,胆固醇随着胆汁排出。如果经常不吃早餐,会影响这一过程,增大患胆结石的风险。

★爱吃动物内脏
